Gootopia Birthday Parties are incredible, hands-on fun for slime fans aged 3 upwards IMPORTANT NOTE • You can also email, call or text/WhatsApp us to book your party rather than booking through the website. • If you don't see the time and date you want, just get in touch. • Package includes up to 12 children (extra children can be added for £16 per child prior to the party date. Please contact the Cheshire team to confirm the max number able to attend at our Knutsford & Nantwich sites OUR AFTER SCHOOL PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Friendly, experienced Slime Party leaders to run the party (leaving you to relax!) • Each guest goes away with two jars of slime - one they've made themselves, and a jar of the giant slime the group make together. • Everybody gets to make their own individual slime from scratch. Plus, everybody works together to make a GIANT slime. • Each party starts with our fun Slime Show where we learn about slime science and discover the world's weirdest slimes. • Original Slime Party. Our Original Slime recipe gives you lots of colour choices, mix-ins, shaving foam and scents. If you would like a glow slime party the cost is an extra £15. Our Glow Slime includes fewer mix-ins, but a chance to make your slime glow in the dark! Cake Time: We provide 15 minutes after the party for cake (not provided) and singing "Happy Birthday." Also an opportunity for some slimy photos! PARTY TIMINGS Parties usually start at 4.30pm but let us know if you want to start at a different time. 4.30pm - Guests arrive (aprons on) 4.45pm - 5.45pm - Slime Party 5.45pm - 6.00pm - Cut cake/Sing Happy Birthday (optional) 6.00pm - Party ends/ Parents collect Important: Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult who is fully responsible for the child's supervision and safety at these times. Gootopia staff are not liable for child supervision. Parents or guardians should ensure children behave appropriately. Disruptive behaviour may lead to being asked to leave to preserve a positive environment for all. Terms & Conditions • Arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop's scheduled start time. • Entry is not permitted for arrivals more than 15 minutes after the workshop has begun. • Late arrivals will need to purchase a new ticket for a subsequent session. • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms, Refund Policy & Disclaimer Workshop Tickets Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend a booked session will result in the ticket being forfeited, and a new ticket must be purchased for any future attendance. Party Bookings Party bookings may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 14 days prior to the event date and subject to availability. Party bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances. Additional Children Tickets Tickets purchased for additional children attending a party are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for products, experiences, credit, or items of an equivalent or similar value. Accompanying Adult Tickets Tickets purchased for accompanying adults are non-refundable and non-transferable. School & Corporate Bookings School and corporate bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. These bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances. Safety & Liability Disclaimer Product Safety All ingredients used in our slime-making activities are considered child-safe when used as instructed. Participation is undertaken entirely at the attendee’s own risk. Property Damage Slime and associated materials may come into contact with clothing, footwear, or personal belongings. Gootopia accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, staining, or loss to personal property. Personal Safety Ingredients may occasionally come into contact with eyes or broken skin. Any such contact should be addressed immediately by rinsing with warm water. Gootopia accepts no liability for any discomfort, injury, or adverse reaction arising from participation. Activity Risks Workshops may involve energetic activities, including (but not limited to) giant slime-making, running, and general physical movement. While reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety, accidents including slips, trips, or falls may occur. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. Store Safety Some venues contain staircases or changes in floor level. Guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Gootopia accepts no liability for accidents occurring in these areas.
